About Olu Faleye

Olu comes to you. He is a physiotherapist who visits people at home across north Lincolnshire, so there is no clinic to get to and no waiting room. Most of what he sees is the everyday stuff that stops people doing what they want to do: a back or neck that has gone, a sore knee or shoulder, an injury from sport or work, or a slow recovery after an operation.

His work is musculoskeletal, which means muscles, joints and the soft tissue around them. He treats problems that have just happened, problems that come with age, and problems that have been going on for a long time.

Treatment is a mix of hands-on work and exercise. Olu uses manual therapy and sports massage to ease pain and stiffness, and gives you exercises that progress as you get stronger, so you keep improving between visits. If your problem is linked to your job, he will look at how you work and give practical advice on posture and setting things up.

He also helps people get back on their feet after an operation, and works with older adults on strength, balance and getting about safely at home. Whatever brings you to him, the first step is a free phone call to talk it through.
