About Hayley Netley

Hayley is an HCPC registered specialist musculoskeletal and pain physiotherapist providing home visits across Buckinghamshire. With 22 years' experience across the NHS, private, community and military settings, she helps people recover from injury and surgery, manage persistent pain, and rebuild strength, movement and confidence.

She holds an MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from Curtin University and works as a Band 7 Highly Specialist Physiotherapist in a Pain and Rehabilitation team, assessing and treating people with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, rheumatological and persistent pain conditions. Her wider experience includes complex trauma rehabilitation with the military at Headley Court and voluntary work supporting survivors of torture at the Helen Bamber Foundation.

Hayley takes an evidence-based, biopsychosocial and person-centred approach, combining hands-on treatment where appropriate with education, coaching and graded exercise. She has a particular interest in helping people who have had multiple previous treatments or who live with long-term, complex pain to move forward towards their goals.

She takes time to understand what matters most to you, then builds a tailored plan around your abilities, your lifestyle and your home — whether you are recovering from an operation, returning from a sports injury, or learning to manage a persistent pain condition.

Alongside her musculoskeletal and pain specialism, Hayley has NHS community and intermediate care experience supporting neurological and falls-risk patients in their own homes, and can help with neurological rehabilitation, balance and falls prevention across Buckinghamshire.
