About Jill Wilson

Jill is an HCPC registered clinical specialist physiotherapist based in Fleetwood, providing home visits across Lancashire. With over 20 years' experience across the NHS and private practice, she helps people recover after surgery, illness or a fall, manage pain, and rebuild the strength, balance and confidence to stay independent at home.

Her career spans community and intermediate care, rehabilitation after hospital stays, and musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological and elderly care, alongside medico-legal assessment work. She qualified with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from the University of Manchester, holds an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Examination Skills, and is an accredited acupuncturist — so she can offer acupuncture for pain relief as part of your treatment where it helps.

Jill also works with care homes, residential homes and nursing homes, helping residents maintain mobility, independence and confidence, and supporting falls prevention and safe moving and handling.

She takes time to understand your personal goals and what matters most to you, then builds a tailored plan around your lifestyle, your abilities and your home.
