About Freddie Wilkins
Freddie is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist based in South Manchester, providing home physiotherapy across Greater Manchester. He currently works as a Band 6 Rotational Physiotherapist with Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, managing community and acute caseloads, and also works as a Sports Physiotherapist with Salford City FC Academy.
His NHS experience includes community rehabilitation, acute stroke, neurological rehabilitation, respiratory care, trauma and orthopaedics, and complex discharge planning. He is used to working independently with varied presentations, prioritising referrals and building practical rehabilitation plans around each person's home environment and goals.
Alongside his NHS work, Freddie has sports and MSK experience with Salford City FC Academy and previous academy physiotherapy work with Crewe Alexandra FC. He supports adults with reduced mobility, stroke and neurological rehabilitation needs, post-operative recovery, falls risk, respiratory reconditioning, musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries.

What to expect
- Free phone call: Discuss your needs and check availability (5–10 minutes)
- Initial assessment + treatment: Full assessment, hands-on treatment and a tailored plan (up to 60 minutes, £80)
- Follow-up appointments: £70 (60 mins) or £60 (45 mins)
- +£5 travel fee for visits 10 or more miles from Freddie's base.
