About Chloe Chan

Chloe is a dedicated, evidence-based HCPC registered physiotherapist with extensive experience across the NHS and private healthcare. She qualified from Manchester Metropolitan University and completed her rotational physiotherapy training at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (Wythenshawe Hospital), with rotations in Community Neurology and Stroke Rehabilitation, MSK Outpatients, Orthopaedics, Cardiothoracic, and Hand Therapy.

Chloe has further specialist orthopaedic experience leading rehabilitation and supporting theatre sessions at MFT hospitals as part of the elective recovery plan, delivering high-quality peri-operative care and managing complex post-operative discharge planning. As a current Functional Assessor for Maximus UK, she conducts comprehensive health assessments and produces clear, evidence-based clinical reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.

Chloe is multilingual (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin), holds an ATACP Accredited qualification in Aquatic Physiotherapy, and brings a patient-centred approach to home-based rehabilitation. She is fully mobile with a Full UK Driving Licence and is deeply familiar with the Cheshire West area.
