Jay Singh
Senior Physiotherapist
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy (2:1)
- HCPC Registered (PH104786)
Jay is a Senior Physiotherapist with over 10 years' NHS experience, providing home visits across Leicestershire. He helps people recover and stay independent at home — after a stroke or illness, after surgery or a fall, or when a long-term condition is making everyday movement harder.
He has supported people with a very wide range of needs, including stroke and neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and MS, chest and breathing problems, joint and muscle pain, and recovery after operations. That depth of experience means he is comfortable with complex situations and can quickly find the safest, most practical way to help you improve.
Much of Jay's NHS work has focused on helping people stay well at home and avoid unnecessary hospital stays. He has also worked with Leicester City Football Club Academy, giving him a strong hands-on treatment background. Jay takes time to understand your goals and builds your plan around the things that matter day to day: walking, balance, strength, confidence and getting back to normal life.
