The opportunity

We're expanding across Tyne and Wear, Hertfordshire, Worcestershire, Bedfordshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, Wrexham and Flintshire, and looking for experienced, HCPC registered physiotherapists to join our network as self-employed practitioners.

This isn't a traditional employed role. You'll run your own caseload, set your own schedule, and keep all patient payments directly. What we provide is the platform, the brand, and the patient enquiries to help you build a thriving mobile physiotherapy practice in your area.

What you get

Your own area

Cover a dedicated local area — your patch, your patients, your reputation.

All payments direct to you

Patients pay you directly. No commission, no percentage taken per appointment.

Established brand

Use the Mobile Physiotherapist brand for your invoices, business cards, and online presence.

Marketing & SEO

Your own dedicated area pages on our website, optimised to attract local patients searching for physiotherapy.

Professional support

Access to branded materials, Facebook presence, and a network of fellow physiotherapists.

Be your own boss

Set your own hours, choose your caseload, and work the way that suits you.

What we're looking for

  • HCPC Registered physiotherapist
  • CSP Member (or willing to join)
  • Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
  • Confident working independently with a varied caseload
  • Own transport and ability to travel within your area
  • Professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain)
  • DBS checked (or willing to obtain)

Is this an employed position?

No. You'll be self-employed and responsible for your own tax, insurance, and professional registration. We provide the brand, website presence, and patient enquiries.

Do you take a cut of my earnings?

No. All patient payments go directly to you. There are no commissions or per-appointment fees.

What does it cost to join?

There is a monthly fee for use of the brand, website, and marketing support. We'll discuss this during the application process.

Can I choose my own hours?

Yes. You set your own schedule and manage your own diary. Most of our physiotherapists work Monday to Saturday, but it's entirely up to you.

What support do I get?

You'll have your own dedicated pages on our website, access to branded materials (invoices, business cards), a Facebook presence, and the backing of an established physiotherapy brand that patients trust.
