Ibrahim Ali and Vinay Allam are HCPC registered physiotherapists who visit people at home across Bedfordshire. They work together at Physio Experts, which runs a clinic in Bedford, and either of them may be the one who comes to you. There is no clinic to get to and no waiting list, and you do not need a GP referral.

Ibrahim has been a physiotherapist for over 30 years, 23 of them in the NHS, where he now works as an extended scope practitioner. That is a senior role for physiotherapists trained to assess and diagnose complex back, joint and muscle problems, and to arrange scans and tests. He holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree and a master's degree in neurological physiotherapy from Coventry University, so he also treats people after a stroke and with other neurological conditions.

Vinay is a chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapist who works in the NHS alongside his private work. He has a master's degree from Sheffield Hallam University and extra training in hands-on treatment, sports injuries and dizziness and balance problems. Between them they see back and neck pain, sciatica, painful joints, sports and muscle injuries, recovery after an operation or a joint replacement, stroke, and older people who have become unsteady on their feet.
