About Claire's South Glamorgan service
Claire Workman is an HCPC registered physiotherapist (PH70304) providing private home-visit physiotherapy across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Appointments take place in your own home, so there is no clinic to travel to and no waiting list.
Claire has worked in physiotherapy for over 20 years, and currently works as an NHS community physiotherapist, managing a complex caseload of adults in their own homes. That work covers falls rehabilitation, frailty, elderly rehabilitation, recovery after surgery or illness, supporting early discharge from hospital, and helping people avoid a hospital admission in the first place.
Alongside that, Claire has spent many years in community disability and paediatric physiotherapy, working with people of all ages living with mild to profound disabilities, including postural management, long-term conditions and complex multi-pathology needs. Treatment starts with a full assessment in your home, and goals are set jointly with you so the plan reflects what you actually want to get back to.
