Physiotherapy Jobs in Peterlee
Self-employed mobile physiotherapy opportunity in Peterlee, County Durham
The opportunity in Peterlee
We're looking for an experienced, HCPC registered physiotherapist to cover Peterlee and surrounding areas as a self-employed mobile physiotherapist.
Peterlee is a post-war new town on the east coast, surrounded by former colliery villages with a high proportion of older residents and long-standing health needs.
Peterlee already has its own page on our site, along with the rest of County Durham, so the local search groundwork is done and the area is ready to pick up.
What you get
- Your own dedicated area: Cover Peterlee and nearby areas including Easington, Horden, Blackhall, Shotton Colliery, Wingate and Castle Eden
- All payments direct to you: Patients pay you directly — no commission or per-appointment fees
- Established brand: Use the Mobile Physiotherapist brand for invoices, business cards, and online presence
- Web pages that already exist: Local area pages built and optimised for search, updated to carry your name and details
- Professional support: Access to branded materials, Facebook presence, and a network of fellow physiotherapists
- Be your own boss: Set your own hours, choose your caseload, work the way that suits you
What we're looking for
- HCPC Registered physiotherapist
- CSP Member (or willing to join)
- Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
- Confident working independently with a varied caseload
- Own transport and ability to travel within Peterlee and surrounding areas
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain)
- DBS checked (or willing to obtain)
