Physiotherapy Jobs in Bishop Auckland
Self-employed mobile physiotherapy opportunity in Bishop Auckland, County Durham
The opportunity in Bishop Auckland
We're looking for an experienced, HCPC registered physiotherapist to cover Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas as a self-employed mobile physiotherapist.
Bishop Auckland is the main town of south-west Durham, with its own community hospital and a wide rural catchment reaching up into Weardale and across to Teesdale.
Bishop Auckland already has its own page on our site, along with the rest of County Durham, so the local search groundwork is done and the area is ready to pick up.
What you get
- Your own dedicated area: Cover Bishop Auckland and nearby areas including Shildon, Spennymoor, Crook, Coundon, West Auckland and Willington
- All payments direct to you: Patients pay you directly — no commission or per-appointment fees
- Established brand: Use the Mobile Physiotherapist brand for invoices, business cards, and online presence
- Web pages that already exist: Local area pages built and optimised for search, updated to carry your name and details
- Professional support: Access to branded materials, Facebook presence, and a network of fellow physiotherapists
- Be your own boss: Set your own hours, choose your caseload, work the way that suits you
What we're looking for
- HCPC Registered physiotherapist
- CSP Member (or willing to join)
- Experience in community or home-based physiotherapy
- Confident working independently with a varied caseload
- Own transport and ability to travel within Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas
- Professional indemnity insurance (or willing to obtain)
- DBS checked (or willing to obtain)
