About Mehmet's North London service
Mehmet Solak is an HCPC registered physiotherapist providing home physiotherapy across North London. He runs his own home-visit practice, At Home Physio, from Islington. Visits cover rehabilitation after a stroke and for neurological conditions such as MS, muscle and joint pain, back and neck pain, recovery after a hip or knee replacement, and strength and balance work for older adults who want to stay steady and independent at home.
He spent seven years as a neurological rehabilitation physiotherapist with a national disability charity, working with people living with stroke, multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy, and has worked in musculoskeletal clinics treating neck, back, shoulder, knee and ankle pain. He is trained in acupuncture and dry needling, Mulligan manual therapy and sports massage, and has visited patients at home across London since 2020.
