What to expect at home on the Wirral

Naveen provides physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home on the Wirral, and will assess your current movement, goals and home environment before building a practical rehabilitation plan.

Your programme will include:

  • Assess your home environment: He looks at access, stairs, furniture layout, and any obstacles that affect your mobility.
  • Tailor exercises to your space: Your programme is adapted to what's practical in your home.
  • Recommend equipment: If you need a walking frame, raised toilet seat, or grab rails, he will advise on what's suitable.
  • Practice real-world tasks: Working on getting in and out of your own chair, navigating your hallway, or managing stairs safely.
