Why home visits work well in Flintshire
Flintshire stretches from the estuary towns of Connah's Quay, Shotton and Queensferry, through Mold and Buckley, up to Holywell, Mostyn and the coastal fringe. Bus routes are patchy in places, and journeys that look short on a map can take a while. If you are recovering from surgery, in significant pain, or caring for someone with limited mobility, that journey is often the hardest part of getting treatment.
A home visit removes it entirely. It also lets your physiotherapist see the environment you are actually recovering in — your stairs, your chair height, the step at your back door — and build rehabilitation around it.

What happens at a first visit
Home appointments are 45 minutes. Expect a proper conversation about what has happened and what you want to get back to, a physical assessment, hands-on treatment where it is appropriate, and a short home programme you can realistically keep up.
No GP referral is needed for private physiotherapy. Bring any letters or scan reports you have if they are relevant.

Home visits are available across the county, including Mold, Flint, Buckley, Connah's Quay, Shotton, Holywell, Hawarden, Queensferry, Broughton and Saltney, plus the surrounding villages.
If you are able to travel, appointments at Brian's Wrexham clinic are available at a lower rate — worth knowing if you are based in the south of the county around Caergwrle, Hope or Penyffordd.
Physiotherapy in Spanish or Catalan
Brian is a native Spanish and Catalan speaker. Assessment and treatment can be delivered in either language, which matters more than people expect: describing pain accurately, and understanding the answer, is a large part of getting rehabilitation right.
