About Sarah Davies
Sarah is a Senior MSK & Community Physiotherapist who visits people at home across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. She has seven years' experience helping people move better, recover after injury or surgery, and stay safe and independent — combining hands-on treatment with evidence-based, patient-centred rehabilitation.
Sarah qualified with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy from Cardiff University and is registered with both the HCPC and AHPRA. She has worked across musculoskeletal, community, older adults, private practice and NHS settings in both the UK and Australia. Most recently she worked as an Older Adults Community Physiotherapist with Catholic Healthcare in Sydney, managing a community caseload involving falls prevention, mobility rehabilitation, strength and balance programmes, and multidisciplinary working.
Her wider experience includes Band 6 and Band 7 MSK roles with the Ministry of Defence, locum MSK work with Hywel Dda University Health Board, mental health and MSK rehabilitation with Swansea Bay University Health Board, private practice at Penarth Physiotherapy Practice and the Abbey Clinic (Vita Health Group), and a Band 5 rotational post with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board covering trauma & orthopaedics, MSK outpatients, acute medical rehabilitation, care of the elderly and stroke rehabilitation.
Sarah has advanced clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills, with expertise in managing musculoskeletal presentations, falls prevention, strength and balance, and functional restoration. She takes time to understand your goals and your home environment, and builds a tailored plan to help you recover and stay independent.
