About Sandeep
Sandeep is a friendly, experienced physiotherapist who comes to you — providing expert treatment in the comfort of your own home across Oxfordshire. Based in Banbury, he works as a First Contact Physiotherapist in primary care, which means he's the person GPs trust to diagnose and treat muscle, joint, and bone problems directly. If you've been struggling with pain, stiffness, or difficulty moving, Sandeep can help.
With over 15 years of experience across the NHS, private practice, and elite sport, Sandeep has treated thousands of patients — from older adults recovering after surgery or a fall, to athletes getting back to the sport they love. Whatever your situation, he takes the time to listen, understand what matters to you, and create a clear plan to help you feel better.
Sandeep trained at Sheffield Hallam University (MSc Sports Physiotherapy) and has worked at leading NHS trusts including Croydon Health Services and Ramsay Healthcare. He's also worked in elite sport as a Sports Physiotherapist at the Karnataka Institute of Cricket and holds a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.
What patients appreciate most about Sandeep is his warm, reassuring manner. He explains things clearly, never rushes, and genuinely cares about helping you get back to doing the things you enjoy. He also speaks Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil — so if English isn't your first language, he can help you feel comfortable and understood.

Acupuncture
Gentle acupuncture alongside your physiotherapy to help ease pain, release tension, and support your recovery.
